Andres Peralta ("RingOnce", "we", "us") provides missed-call follow-up and messaging software to businesses ("Customers"). This policy explains what we collect about people who call or text those businesses ("Consumers") and about our Customers, and how we use it.

How we use information

How we share information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information.

Opting out of text messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at peralta@ringonce.net.

Retention

We keep Consumer call and message records while the Customer uses the service and for a limited period afterwards. Opt-out records may be kept longer so that opt-outs continue to be honored and so that we can show compliance. When a Customer cancels, we delete their data on request.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access or delete information about you by emailing peralta@ringonce.net. Where we process data on behalf of a Customer, we may refer your request to that Customer. California residents may have additional rights under California law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
